I have heard a lot about Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake and especially its long queue in Taipei and Shanghai. I have been wondering why it has mesmerised so many for its cheesecake.

Finally, I get to try the cheesecake for myself. The cake was baked till golden brown. It was springy to the touch. When in the mouth, the texture was spongy, lightly cheese flavoured, sweetish and somehow it will slowly melt in the mouth. For those who does not like strong cheese taste can give this a try.

I cut the cake into eight slices, after the first slice, I went for my second helping and I wanted the third as well. It is very addictive. My sister likes it as well. And very quickly, the cake was gone but I managed to reserve a piece for a colleague to try. She likes it too and she mentioned that she will get her daughter to buy. LOL.
