La Petit Prince Dessert Cafe is nestled at Tai Kok Tsui. It has its decoration, everything revolving around the Little Prince.
I even spotted the Little Prince flying to a certain planet in his plane. That must be before this plane was down.
La Petit Prince Dessert Cafe offers quite a range of beautifully decorate desserts, great presentation, look very delicious, very tempting.
After looking through the menu, very quickly, we could pick what we wanted. They were quite fast and very soon our orders were on the table. All were served almost stimulanteously.
We started with the Waffle with Strawberry Jam and Chocolate Ice Cream. The waffle was good, there is a good amount of vanilla and butter taste and the outer edge was crispy with a soft, bread-like centre. The strawberry jam and chocolate ice cream paired well with the waffle. With the maple syrup added, it is not at all too sweet but in fact, it bought out the flavour of the waffle even more.
Next, we tried the Red Bean Green Tea Serradura with Green Tea Ice Cream. This was good. But we find that the red bean that surrounded the dessert was too sweet so we didn’t touch them.
Finally, we ate the Mango, Sago, Pomelo and Panna Cotta. This is a pretty standard fare with a good milky vanilla-rich tasting panna cotta.
Our verdict? We enjoyed the desserts at La Petit Prince Dessert. We felt that all the three desserts that we ordered were delish. A great place if you have sweet sweet tooth.
