The Little Family Cafe, TLF, At Serangoon Central

Finally, an ice cream parlour, The Little Family Cafe, has found its way to Serangoon Central.

TLF Cafe is mainly an ice cream parlour serving some drinks such as coffee and tea as well. It offers a pretty good range of flavours for the ice cream but I felt a little overwhelmed by the colours. It looked so artificial.

Nevertheless, I went ahead to try their ice cream and waffle. I got myself a scoop of Thai Milk Tea and another scoop of Green Tea with Red Bean. To my surprise, both were excellent. It was richly flavoured. The ice cream isn’t the creamy kind. The only complaint I have is that the Thai Milk Tea was slightly too sweet for my palette but I am sure most would find it acceptable. As for the waffle, I find that there are room for improvement. It was a little under flavoured though I like the sweetness level, it was perfect.

I find it difficult to locate the block as the two blocks, block 253 and 254 seems to be joint together, so here are some directions to help all to get to the cafe with ease. First locate Serangoon Central Drive and then look for Block 253 or 254 and then locate for a carpark entrance and TLF cafe is right beside the carpark entrance.

The Little Family Cafe serves some awesome ice cream. I am sure I will return to try more of their other flavours.
