Pong Serving Coconut Ice Cream At Scapes

Pong, by a counter at Scapes is serving Coconut Ice Cream in a husk. Most would be reminded of the version served at Chatuchak Market, Bangkok, Thailand. If you missed those, you can have a taste of Thailand from Pong.

In addition to the Coconut Ice Cream, there is a choice of 3 Sorbets. If you like the best of both world, there is an option for it too. It comes with three toppings from a choice of seven (Corn Flakes, Nata De Coco, Atap Seed, White Pearl, Sweet Corn, Peanut and Red Bean).

I like the coconut ice cream, it was creamy with good coconut aroma. Out of the 3 sorbet, I tried Mango and Passionfruit. Mango was a little more creamy and it was sweet, tasted more like ice cream than sorbet. Passionfruit was sourish sweet.

Besides the coconut ice cream and sorbet, there are two other Coconut drinks; the Coconut Gelato Juice Float and Yakult Coconut Gelato Juice Float which I have yet to try. I will be back soon to try both.
